Would You Take It?

This position takes you out of bedside care and into auditing and compliance. It offers solid pay, stability, and career growth — but also requires meeting strict production and quality standards in a desk-job environment.

Would you take this LPN-eligible job? Why or why not?

I did a similar remote QA role for a Medicare Advantage plan, and the make-or-break was their metrics - 40-45 charts/day with a 95% QA threshold using 3M + Epic felt manageable; 60+ charts with 98% was not. Before you say yes, ask which encoder/EHR they use and the exact productivity/accuracy targets, because that’s your real day-to-day.
