Simple report sheet that saves time

I made a one-page brain sheet in Google Docs with 4 boxes per patient and a meds/labs corner, and it cut my night shift handoff time by about 10 minutes on a 5-patient load. If you want the template, I can share a blank PDF or tips to build your own — totally doable and you’ve got this.

I switched to a single sheet too and the tweak that saved me was a skinny ‘pending results’ column you can fold over so labs/consults pop during report; I also preprint a tiny 8‑hr MAR grid. Only caveat: I keep it monochrome so I don’t drain color ink — @OP want to swap templates?
