Navigating remote work challenges

Has anyone else found it tough to maintain boundaries while working from home? I’ve noticed I end up working late more often because it’s so tempting to just keep my laptop open. Any tips on setting a better work-life balance would be appreciated.

I totally get that! Setting a cut-off time helps. Have you tried using a timer to remind you when to log off? :alarm_clock:.

It’s like saying ‘just one more episode’ — it’s easy to get sucked in — setting a hard stop time can really help, and maybe try a quick stretch or a walk to signal the end of your day… Have you thought about creating a separate workspace to help with those boundaries?

It’s so easy to blur those lines. I’ve started setting an alarm to signal the end of my workday, and it makes a huge difference. Have you tried creating a dedicated workspace?
