More Nurses Choosing Telehealth Training

I’ve noticed more nurses lately diving into telehealth courses, and I’m curious if anyone here has made that leap. Given how rapidly our field is changing, I signed up for an 8-week program starting next month. How has incorporating telehealth into your practice been for you?

I just wrapped up a telehealth course myself, and it’s like switching from a flip phone to a smartphone — once you get the hang of it, there’s no going back! It’s definitely a learning curve, but I’ve found that it really opens up access for patients. How do you think it’ll change your day-to-day?

But it’s great to hear you’re taking the plunge into telehealth! I started incorporating it into my practice last year, and it felt like learning to ride a bike again — at first, it’s wobbly, but once you get your balance, you start to fly. Have you thought about how you’ll handle patient follow-ups in a virtual setting?
