Our ED just piloted 15-minute phone modules and I picked up 3 CE hours over two weeks on nights. If this rolls out system-wide, what happens if this scales — do unit in-services and preceptor time get squeezed, or where does this go next for meaningful learning? Has anyone turned these into specialty cert prep or tuition support?
