How do you deal with charting fatigue

I keep seeing conversations about charting wearing us down, and it really resonates. After long shifts, it can feel overwhelming to get everything documented accurately. I’m curious how others manage to stay on top of it without burning out.

Charting fatigue is real, especially after long shifts. I found using templates can help streamline my notes significantly; it’s about finding a system that works for you. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help from your team to share the load, even if you think it might slow you down at first.

I hear you! I’ve started using short bullet points during shifts to keep it quick. When I get home, I fill in the details, and it really helps with the fatigue. Anyone else tried this method?

I totally get where you’re coming from! I started using a voice-to-text app during my shifts; it feels less like I’m piecing together a puzzle by the end. @JulesTravel, have you tried any tech tools to lighten the load?
